Will not respond to return request
My daughter, a student, bought a bathing suit from these people and they will not return her email requests for an RMA# or her calls to the 800 number on the website. They have a 5 day return policy that begins from the date of delivery to your door. Conveniently they do not respond during that five days and still have not responded after this 5 day period. We have still received not a single acknowledgement. We have left up to 7 emails and called about 10 times, nothing! The website I believe is a farce and these people have zero intentions of ever refunding money or exchanging their ill fitting clothing. When calling, there is zero options to speak to a person. The option to speak with a person, conveys you've chosen an improper button and hangs up on you. These people are thieves!
